I hold a Diploma of Counselling along with extensive experience and training in mental health, suicide response and prevention, family violence response, risk assessment and self care and well-being. 

As your Counsellor, I hold a non-judgemental and safe space for you to talk through what's been happening for you, helping you to reflect, create goals and find your direction.

I use a range of different modalities such as person-centred therapy, solution-focused therapy and ecotherapy in a trauma-informed space; but I am always guided by you and your needs. Your sessions can also be used to focus on your self-care and wellbeing, such as developing a self-care plan and your wellbeing strategies.

Sessions are available in person in Warburton, or 'Walk & Talk' sessions are available along The Warburton Rail Trail or the O'Shannessy Aqueduct if weather permits. 'Walk & Talk' sessions run the same as an indoor Counselling session with the added extra of fresh air, movement perhaps a little forest bathing!

Sessions are also available over Zoom so you don't even need to leave the comfort of home.

Sessions are $120 per hour.
